This book is a labour of
hate love inspired by the anecdotes of friends who have had the distinct displeasure of working in some of the most poorly managed tech companies in existence, who shall remain unnamed. The sheer dysfunction was so terrible I felt the need to synthesize their experiences into one "The Prince" like satirical instruction manual. (Though I am sure there are psychopaths out there who would consider this an invaluable holy grail).
Read... enjoy(?) and be glad you don't work somewhere like this... or if you do, start planning to get out.
I've included sample chapters below.

101 Rules of Business Management for the Aspiring Corporate Don |
Rich? Own a business? Tired of workers acting like they have rights and needs? Then you need this book to show you how to best wring the most out of them and make sure that you're getting the most profit for the least effort. After all, luxury yachts don't buy themselves.
Not rich? You can also use this book as a list of things to look out for in toxifying workplaces, and business owners can even use it as a manual for ideas to avoid when running a worker-friendly business. |

A hater of Active voice, Lady Peinforte is titled nobility of the nation of Sealand. Having successfully invaded both America and Canada from her home base in Windsor, she has become horribly corrupted by the world, and is dedicated to "creating the greatest 'Ship of them all". She ponders horribly terrible, idiotic things for your amusement.
